TG Technical Services offers three types of “CARE” maintenance programs. All programs include Free Loaner Instruments.(all we ask is that the customers pay for the shipping charges)
1. Basic On-Site or Remote Service Plan. This program is tailored for those customers who prefer to have their monitors calibrated and maintained by TG Technical Services. Depending upon location, work can be performed on-site or at our Denver or Kansas City Offices. This is program is for calibration only, all parts and services are extra. Customers receive a 10% discount on parts.
2. Maintenance Agreement – This program is a service and maintenance program for those customers who prefer to have their own equipment serviced and maintained by TG Technical Services. Includes ALL service and parts for their existing equipment That is, all future maintenance costs are covered. This program helps the budget and planning process.
3. The Full CARE Program is an all inclusive gas detection program. TG Technical Services will provide, maintain (calibrate) and repair any problems with gas detectors for a three-year period. Every three years customers receive new detectors and the program continues. This enables our customers to enjoy the benefits of the latest technology and be free of the headaches associated with owning and maintaining a gas detector. No capital investment is required for this program.
